资深销售经理

工作职责:
• 制定年度和季度销售计划及销售策略,完成团队制定的销售目标;
• 分配区域销售指标及市场划分,指导、管理、带领渠道业务专员完成团队销售工作
• 实施和控制价格政策,缩减呆滞的应收帐目
• 管理及控制DEMO设备和库存物品
• 同国内及海外公司的其他管理人员一起为销售人员提供所需要的帮助
• 为销售人员安排必要的培训,销售资助及人力资源
• 为达到销售目标而指定有效的长期销售策略和商业展望
• 向管理层做必要的关于项目及市场开拓的报告
• 依照中国和奥泰公司的商业标准实施商业运作手段
• 开发新客户,跟踪挖掘潜在客户、维系客户关系;
• 能够独立带领团队开发市场,寻找客户并进行商务谈判、签订合同。

岗位要求:
• 工商管理或工程学历背景,28--40岁,具备五年以上半导体设备行业销售经验及销售团队管理经验。
• 性格开朗,具有良好的交流技巧,具有出色的沟通能力、谈判能力、说服力,善于理解客户需求。较强的人际交往、较强的团队合作精神。
• 具有良好的谈判技巧,善于运用双赢策略。
• 具有良好的社会关系,对市场信息具有专业的分析能力和扩展能力
• 良好的客户沟通协调能力,责任心强,能够承受压力,对工作有奉献精神。
• 真诚,正直,有领导力,高效团队精神;
• 熟悉中国的半导体设备行业市场背景优先。

Senior Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
• Provide annual and quarterly forecast and achieve these targets
• Allocate sales quota to territories and markets  
• Implement and control pricing policies and minimize accounts receivables
• Control demonstration product and finished good inventories Intervene and, as necessary, work with other managers in PRC and overseas when sales staff is in need of support to resolve
• Plan and implement training, sales support and human resources to allow sales to operate efficiently
• Provide a long term sales strategy and business outlook, and implement sales strategy to achieve the goals
• Prepare reports as necessary or requested to apprise management of projects and developments in the market

Qualifications:

具体要求:

Service Engineer:

Responsibilities:
• Provides outstanding technical support to customers through phone, email and on-site support.
• Travel to customer sites for installation of complex electronics manufacturing equipment.
• Use strong troubleshooting techniques to isolate and resolve customer issues.
• Train operators at customer sites on product operation and maintenance.

Summary Description
An individual in the Account Manager job family is responsible for selling Alltek company USA Inc. solutions to new accounts within an assigned current account, new account or geographic territory. The Account Manager will have the responsibility to ensure that their assigned customers continue to thrive in a partnership with Alltek. This person is responsible for qualifying the new business opportunity, understanding the customer priorities and requirements, account planning and opportunity planning for maintaining and growing volume within assigned accounts. The incumbent is responsible for the profitable sales of solutions, which may include any or all of the following: turn key projects, test instruments, packaging equipment, tools and materials and customer services. The Account Manager is also responsible for sales funnel, accurate forecasting, linearity and expense control. This role is the key interface between the customer, sales support teams, and other internal resources. A consultative approach is used to build solid customer relationships whereby this individual becomes a credible and consistent source of expertise within the account. This role is key to the growth of Alltek Company USA Inc. market share and long-term profitability. This individual instills customer confidence in Alltek Company USA Inc, leading to long term business relationships.
Qualifications

Key Areas of Responsibility
Account and Opportunity Planning
• Utilizing the consultative selling approach, lead collaborative strategy sessions resulting in a documented account plan.
• Capitalizes on RF and semiconductor related industry knowledge and customer contacts to provide thought leadership in identifying future business opportunities.
• Identifies and understands the customer's formal and informal decision making process(es) within each of the accounts and creates action plans to influence the decision.
• Recognizes the customer's key challenges in their business operations and identifies solutions to meet the customer's area of need, while escalating roadblocks in a timely manner.
• Networks within the prospective customer to meet individuals at various decision making levels, and with other Alltek's partners to provide a broader, more inclusive solution offering.
• Use principles of negotiation to build and secure commitment with key influencers throughout the sales process.
• Identifies major competitors in the account and assesses the competitor's products/services, and compare their strengths and weaknesses relative to Alltek's vendors.
• Escalates roadblocks in a timely manner
Sales Excellence
• Maintains high volume of sales activity and accelerate through the sales cycle to meet annual and/or quarterly objectives.
• Deliver on sales order, revenue and margin objectives.
• Positions Alltek as a single source provider and builds strategic relationships with vendors.
• Conducts opportunity risk assessment.
• Develops and presents high quality, professional presentation and proposal materials.
• Push to meet higher goals and find creative ways of overcoming selling roadblocks.
Account Maintenance & Management
• Effectively executes the account plan.
• Monitors growth/decline within accounts and implements action plans as needed.
• Captures and updates opportunities in the sales funnel and ensures accurate monthly forecasts.
• Develops meaningful business relationships based on mutual value and trust with individuals at various levels within  Alltek and the customer account.
• Manages day-to-day operations by creating an internal network of relationships with peers, management and internal sales support groups.
